The Barbeque Exchange is committed to providing high quality products for all of your functions - celebrating a win with the baseball team or hosting a cookout for your corporate event. All orders are prepared fresh on the day of the event, and can be delivered to the site. Alternatively, you are welcome to pick up large orders here - we'll even give you instructions for reheating.
If you are looking for a full service catered event, we can do that too. The Barbeque Exchange is equipped to cater events in a field or in a banquet facility.
We might even bring 'The Beast' along!

We also offer box lunch packages for bus tours, winery tours and even pharmaceutical reps. Pickup is available during regular business hours, and requires at least 24 hours advance notice. If you need to pick up an order outside regular business hours (11 am through 8 pm), please make arrangements with events coordinator in advance.

Chef Craig has been a fine dining chef for over 30 years, and has collected an amazing repetoire of French and Italian influenced cuisine.
